My coaching is highly personalized and meets you exactly where you are. While every client’s path is unique, we follow my Freedom, Fuel & Flow Method to systematically reshape your business into something that genuinely supports you.
🌿 FREEDOM → Release the invisible burdens weighing down your business.
🔥 FUEL → Reignite your passion and energy so work feels GOOD again.
🌊 FLOW → Create simple, sustainable systems that actually support you.
✔ Clarifying your offers, pricing, and messaging so they truly reflect your strengths
✔ Creating business structures that allow you to work in a way that feels natural and sustainable
✔ Unlearning over-giving and perfectionism so you can step fully into your leadership
✔ Navigating the fears, emotions, and real challenges that come up in the process
Each coaching session is a judgment-free, shame-free space where you can be honest about what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change. We’ll use a mix of strategy, deep self-inquiry, and small, trust-building experiments to help you create meaningful shifts—without burning yourself out in the process.
At the heart of my coaching philosophy is radical self-trust, ease, and liberation. I believe that business should be a source of energy, creativity, and fulfillment—not a never-ending cycle of overwork, over-giving, and exhaustion. My work as a coach is about helping high-capacity women unlearn the invisible rules that are keeping them stuck so they can build businesses that actually take care of them.
My approach is anti-hustle, anti-burnout, and deeply ease-focused—but not in a passive, “just manifest it” kind of way. Instead, I guide women to actively reshape their businesses and leadership styles so they align with their natural rhythms, strengths, and values. Rather than forcing themselves into rigid structures that don’t fit, my clients create simple, intuitive systems that work for them, not against them.
I reject the belief that success has to come at the cost of exhaustion or integrity. Instead, I teach that true success is about sustainability, alignment, and a business that fuels you instead of draining you. I focus on helping women step out of survival mode, reclaim their creative power, and finally experience the freedom they’ve been working so hard for—without proving, pushing, or punishing themselves along the way.
✔ Ease is a strategy, not a luxury. The more a business works with you (instead of against you), the more successful it becomes.
✔ Over-giving and overworking are not prerequisites for success. You can be deeply generous without self-sacrifice.
✔ The best business strategy is alignment. When your business is built around your strengths and values, success is inevitable.
✔ Burnout is a sign of misalignment, not a badge of honor. If your business is draining you, it’s time to redesign it.
✔ Financial success doesn’t come from forcing—it comes from trusting yourself. Self-trust is the foundation for sustainable growth.
🌿 Let go of outdated business models that don’t actually serve them
🔥 Reignite their passion and energy for their work
🌊 Build sustainable success through intuitive, ease-filled strategies
Coaching can be a powerful tool for personal and business transformation. But I also know that the coaching industry, as a whole, has deep flaws. It often replicates systems of harm, ignores trauma, and assumes that one-size-fits-all solutions work for everyone. That’s not how I do things.
✔ I am actively decolonizing my coaching practice and taking a year-long training to deepen this work.
✔ I do not assume that ease, business success, or coaching itself is equally accessible to everyone.
✔ I do not promise financial results, because real success is about more than just money.
✔ I recognize that power dynamics exist in coaching relationships, and I am open to feedback if I ever miss the mark.
✔ If I ever say something that doesn’t sit right, you are welcome to tell me—I’m here to listen, learn, and do better.
❌ I am not a therapist. This space is designed for women who have already done some healing work and are ready to shift their business—not for those who are in active crisis. If you are currently deep in trauma or actively processing past trauma, I strongly encourage working with a licensed professional alongside any business coaching.
❌ I am not a trauma-informed coach. While I am aware of the ways trauma can show up in business, I do not position myself as someone who is trained to work with trauma responses.
❌ I do not hold space for shame or defensiveness around these conversations–neither for myself nor my clients. I believe accountability and continuous learning are required for all of us. Those holding unearned privileges (like me) must recognize their disproportionate power and advantages and use them to mitigate and prevent harm to the best of our abilities.
I believe that building a business should never come at the cost of your well-being, dignity, or values. But the reality is that a sustainable, freedom-focused business can’t be achieved without acknowledging and working to dismantle the systems that make ease and financial success more accessible for some people than others.
My Privileges
As a white, cis, hetero, able-bodied, college-educated, married woman with economic stability due to my husband’s job and access to resources, I recognize that the ability to ‘create ease’ in business is shaped by systemic privilege. My experiences are not universal, and I don’t assume that what works for me will work the same way for everyone.
Land Acknowledgment
I live and work on the stolen land of the Monacan Nation and acknowledge the historical and ongoing grief and devastation caused by colonization and genocide of Indigenous people. I am committed to redistributing resources and supporting Indigenous sovereignty.
Commitment to Inclusion
My coaching spaces are intentionally built to be inclusive of women of the global majority, LGBTQIA2S+ folks, and neurodivergent entrepreneurs. I actively work to ensure that my work is not upholding systems of harm, and I am always learning, listening, and adjusting as needed.
These commitments show up in my business in a few different ways:
✔ I offer accessible pricing options where possible.
✔ I am transparent about privilege and systemic barriers to ease in business.
✔ I commit to ongoing education and accountability in equity & inclusion.
✔ I am open to feedback and correction if I ever miss the mark.
If you ever have questions, feedback, concerns, or want to see more of this commitment in action, I invite open conversation.
